Jack Heyworth, of Blackpool & London, was a prominent dealer most famously associated with Albert clarinets, with whom he acted as sole importer to the UK.
As a high quality WW instrument supplier it is likely that this clarinet was a "stencil" made for him in France. This instrument is stamped "Paramount" The German Silver key work is in excellent condition. The pads are used tan leather, all sealing well. The wood is in very good condition, though the bell has a repaired sealed crack. The m'piece is a modern student example and the case is also of modern back pack type. In summation this is an excellent quality well tuning Bb clarinet at a bargain price
