This is a Bb, low pitch, i.e. A= 440 Hz simple system plateau made by Buisson. This instrument was made by this respected French maker before it was purchased by Boosey & Hawkes. Unfortunately, after this, the Buisson name was stamped on inferior quality B&H made student clarinets. This instrument is sold for parts or repair. It has a m'piece, and a sleeved adjustable barrel. The clarinet would appear to date to the 1920s or 1930s. One of the catches has failed on the case.
