Yamaha YCL26II B Flat Clarinet
This is an excellent condition YCL 26 II just taken in part exchange by ourselves. The YCL 26 II was the last incarnation of the YCL 26 and it features, wood effect resin, silver plate and an adjustable thumb rest. The modern equivalent is the student model YCL 255. But it is worth noting that the YCL 26 was made in Japan, at Yamahas main facility, whereas the modern student Yamahas are made in Indonesia. The sole former owner is a professional who used this instrument as a back up for his school teaching. It has been very well maintained. The pads are mainly fish skin, with some of the larger pads on the lower joint in tan leather, all are in excellent condition, as are the touch and tenon corks. This instrument will need no maintenance for some time, and is bargain priced. The original case and Yamaha 6C m'piece are both in fine used condition. The serial numbers are 010363.
