Lark, B Flat Clarinet
A student Lark Chinese made Bb clarinet in Grenadilla wood. It was formerly owned by the well known musician, Paul Harvey. Paul was for many years Professor of Clarinet and Saxophone at the Royal Military School of Music, Kneller Hall, in Twickenham. He was also the author of the "Saxophone" in Yehudi Menuhin series of music guides. He bought this instrument for a student to use.
The instrument has matching serial numbers 7. It has used fish skin and leather pads, and it does play. It is sold "as is" for spares or repair, though it could suit a beginner as a cheap starter clarinet. The case is functional but in poor condition, with a loose lining, the m'piece plays well.
