A good condition Buffet R13 Bb clarinet, which is a commission sale for Clarinets Direct. There is no discernible wear to the silver plating, which is in fine order throughout. The upper joint may have a small tight hairline crack running from the top tenon to the speaker pipe, or, it could be pronounced wood grain [see photo 11]. The clarinet has not been pinned, and there is no sign of a previous repair. The pads are used, and a mixture of tan leather and fish skin. The matching serial numbers are 474717, which dates to the early 2000s. The barrel is an up-grade to a modern R13 Vintage 64mmm barrel, with double polycylinder for improved tuning. The Buffet case is in excellent condition and comes with the still wrapped keys..
