Selmer, Mark VI Tenor Saxophone
This Selmer Mark VI Tenor saxophone was the main Tenor used by the late Alan Ryder who was the sole & original owner from new. The instrument is a commission sale for Clarinets Direct. As can be seen from close inspection of the photos the sax has had much use. There are a couple of minor dings to the body, and much wear to the original lacquer., and the nickel plated key work. Alan chose to use a silver crook as he preferred the sound. The pads are tan leather in good used condition. The serial numbers are M141989 which dates to early 1967. The supplied case is in good condition, with only some minor tears to the interior lining. A sling is provided.
