Yamaha, YCL34, B Flat Clarinet
This is a good quality, entry level, wooden student clarinet YCL34, by Yamaha. This example is in good condition, with no cracks or repairs to the wood, apart from a couple of minor chips, one to the bottom joint tenon, and the other at the top of the top joint, see photos. Both chips in no way impact the bore or response of the clarinet. The plating, which is Nickel Silver, shows some spot wear, it is about 85%. All the leather pads are in excellent condition, and the key work is well regulated. The clarinet has been down to our workshop for some cork replacement, regulation, and a thorough check over. This instrument was recently taken in trade in against a Selmer and is sold on, as is, at a bargain price. The last owner was a professional jazz player. The serial no. is 004250. The case is the original, in air condition, and the m'piece is a student model in very good condition.
