This is a near mint condition, YAS 875 Custom saxophone. The sole owner, a London professional, bought it on impulse but always preferred his vintage Selmer saxophones, it has been played on a handful of occasions only.
The instrument has only a few light scratches to the lacquer around the LH thumb, and some signs of use to the m'piece to distinguish it from new. The leather pads are all in perfect condition. The YAS875 is considered one of the finest of modern alto saxophones, with excellent ergonomics, tuning and response. The serial number is 006152. The original case is "as new". The YAS-875 retails now for in excess of £4000.
