Yamaha YTS62 Tenor Saxophone
This is a superb condition Yamaha YTS62 Tenor Sax, which is a commission sale for Clarinets Direct. This instrument has been professionally owned and is part of the large collection of single reed instruments of the late Allan Ryder.
The Tenor has serial nos. 042848. The original lacquer shows minimal wear, as seen in the photographs, there is only area of slight scratches to the rear near the sling hook attachment, see the penultimate photo. There are no dents, or other blemishes, the body condition is excellent. The key work is in superb condition, it is well regulated. This saxophone has just had a partial service in our workshop, all the leather pads are either new or in fine condition. This Tenor plays easily throughout its range, with even response and intonation. There is a combination stand supplied which can support Tenor or Alto Sax and a clarinet. The case is in superb used condition. The m'piece is supplied only for play testing is a student clear plastic model.
