Selmer, 10S B Flat Clarinet
A very good condition Selmer 10S clarinet, which is a commission sale for Clarinets Direct. The Selmer 10 Series was the first major model manufactured by Selmer to adopt a small bore undercut design, in the Buffet Crampon manner: Indeed with a bore of only 14.60mm, the 10S is even smaller in the bore than the Buffet R13. The clarinet has a warm tone, is easy to play, and has excellent intonation.
This Bb, with matching S/N A2118, dates to 1979. It has nickel silver plate in good condition, with no wear. There are no cracks or damage to the wood, which is in fine order throughout . The pads are white leather in very good condition,. All pieces are original and have matching stamps. There are 2 supplied barrels, of 64.5mm and 66.5mm. The m'piece is a used Selmer C85 120. The supplied Tom & Will case is in "as new" condition.
