This is a Lefevre, Paris, Qualite Superieure Bb Clarinet in Grenadilla, which is a commission sale for Clarinets Direct. This instrument features 7 rings, not the usual 6, and an additional low G vent. The pads are a mixture of leather and fish skin, mostly in good condition. The style of key work would suggest an instrument made in the inter-war period. The m'piece is a used Vandoren B45, and the original case is worn but functional.
