An anonymous early Simple system Bb clarinet in rosewood. From the transitional "salt spoon" style of key work it is likely that this clarinet dates to the 1840s. It is also likely the instrument is at high pitch. This clarinet is a commission sale for Clarinets Direct, it has not been playtested and is sold for parts or restoration. There is a crack to the barrel, and also damage to the bell ring. The rear thumb rest is missing.
