Matched Pair of Eaton Elite Clarinets
This matched pair of Eaton Elite clarinets are in excellent condition, and are a commission sale for Clarinets Direct. This pair have an impressive Provenance, having been ordered by Norman Hallam from Peter Eaton to replace his damaged 1010 pair. Norman was for many years co-principal clarinet of the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, and the pair went next to a professional based in the West Country, who is now offering them to the market. She has taken excellent care of the pair. Both instruments have had a full and complete overhaul in tan leather pads in our workshop, and are sold with our 1 year warranty.
The Bb has serial no. E194 and has Silver plate in very good condition. The wood is also without mark or blemish. The A, serial no. E197, is in perfect condition throughout. The Silver plate and wood are very fine. There are 2 barrels of 62.0mm and 64.0mm. The Elite m'piece is in good used condition and is stamped 1.21 21B, S/N 2145. The original case is also in good used condition, with some slight exterior scuffs, it comes with the keys.
