Selmer, Series 10, B Flat Clarinet
The Selmer Series 10 was the first of the narrow bore, heavily undercut Selmer clarinets which owed much of their design ethos to the Buffet R13. This Bb has serial numbers, S/N Y9686, dating to 1975, and has Silver plate in very good condition. There are no cracks or damage to the wood, though there are a few minor surface marks and scratches. All pieces have Selmer stamps but the barrel is from a Selmer 10S. The clarinet has just had a complete overhaul in our workshop with Pisoni finest fish skin pads fitted throughout, and it is sold with our full 1 year warranty. The case is a modern example with pouch and carry strap.. The m'piece is a brand new Yamaha Custom 5CM, with a medium tip opening and lay. This instrument represents outstanding value for money, as for less than the price of a cheap student wooden clarinet, one can purchase a top of the line Selmer professional model.
