A Vandoren 5RV Lyre clarinet mouthpiece which has been bored out to B&H 1010 dimensions. The m'piece has a tip opening of 1.095 mm and a moderately long lay. The m'piece will play well on all wide bore clarinets, B&H 1010, Eaton Elite, and Rossi English bore. The m'piece has been well used and there is some discolouration to the ebonite, however it plays well.
