Selmer 10S B Flat Clarinet
A very good condition Selmer 10S clarinet, which is a commission sale for Clarinets Direct. This instrument formerly belonged to a UK based Jazz clarinettist who owned a large number of Selmer clarinets. The Selmer 10 Series was the first major model manufactured by Selmer to adopt a small bore undercut design, in the Buffet Crampon manner: Indeed with a bore of only 14.60mm, the 10S is even smaller in the bore than the Buffet R13. The clarinet is extremely lively, easy to play, and has excellent intonation.
This Bb, with matching serial numbers S/N D2799, dates to 1984. It has Silver plate in very good condition, with no discernible wear. There are no cracks or damage to the wood, but there are some slight surface marks to the wood. The clarinet has just had a full re-pad in fish skin in our workshop, and is sold with our full 1 year warranty. All pieces are original and have matching stamps. The supplied original case is in fine condition, and comes with the key.
