Noblet, Artist, B Flat Clarinet
This Noblet Artist Bb Clarinet is in good condition, and was recently taken in part exchange by Clarinets Direct. The clarinet has had only a single UK owner and was bought new in the 1970s. The Noblet Artist was the top of the range Noblet model, with a cylindrical bore of 14.85mm, these are entry level professional clarinets.
The Bb has matching serial nos. A64313 and has Nickel plate in good condition, there is no wear to the plating, though there is some slight "cloudiness" to the top trill key. The instrument has just been through our workshop for a partial re-pad, with the all worn pads replacing, and necessary corks replaced. The barrel is the original in resonite, and it has some surface scuff marks. This aside, the instrument is in fine condition, the Grenadilla wood has no cracks or repairs . The supplied m'piece is a Vandoren 5RV in good condition. The case is in fair condition, and comes with the key. For an entry level professional clarinet with Vandoren m'piece, the clarinet represents excellent value for money.
