This is a student model B & H "77" Bb clarinet which is a commission sale for Clarinets Direct.
The clarinet is in Grenadilla wood, apart from the bell which is made from ebonite. There are no cracks or damage to the wood. The Nickel Silver plating shows much wear. The pads are all used fish skin, but, sealing, and the instrument responds well. The matching serial numbers are 141990 which dates to the 1950s. The supplied m'piece is a used Vandoren 11.6. The original case is worn but fully functional. This instrument would suit a beginner looking for a quality British made clarinet at a bargain price.
