Buffet, C12 Conservatoire, B Flat Clarinet
An excellent condition Buffet C12 Conservatoire Bb clarinet, which is a commission sale for Clarinets Direct. The clarinet has only had one careful owner from new. This instrument was originally manufactured as Buffet's entry level professional wooden model, and though there has been some confusion from Buffet, as marketing men at Buffet felt that this model represented too good value for money, it sits well above the E13 in terms of quality. These days the Buffet website describes the instrument as suitable for the young advancing professional, about to enter Music Conservatoire.
The Silver plated key work is in fine condition with no plating wear. We have just completely re-padded in Pisoni Premium Deluxe fish skin pads & the clarinet is sold with our "Clarinets Direct" 1 year warranty. There are no cracks or damage to the wood, which is very good throughout, apart from a couple of slight surface marks. All pieces including barrel and bell, are matching and stamped. The matching serial nos. are 288033, which dates to 1987. The supplied m'piece is a good condition stock Buffet, and the case is again in good condition, it comes with the still wrapped keys.
