Selmer, Paris, Bass Clarinet to low C
This is an excellent condition Mark 1 Selmer Bass Clarinet in Grenadilla wood, to low C, the first model Selmer 33 Bass. The original and sole owner was a London based professional. It has been maintained very carefully, and has had little use. The Nickel Silver plate throughout shows only slight wear to 2 finger key touchpieces, it is in excellent condition. Likewise the wood throughout is in pristine condition, with no cracks, repairs, or any other damage. The bell and crook, show no dings or dents, again in fine condition. The Bass has just had a full and complete Pisoni Tan leather re-pad[ with reflector pads on the larger tone holes], in our workshop, and is sold with our 1 year warranty. All touch corks have been replaced, the key work and regulation, are precise and even, this Bass will play perfectly out of the box. The matching serial nos. are A5602, which dates to 1979. The original case is worn and scuffed but fully functional. The m'piece is a Selmer D, in good used condition.
