This is a very good condition Leblanc Vito Bass Clarinet model 7166 to low Eb, which is a commission sale for Clarinets Direct. There are no cracks or damage to the body, which is in wood effect Resonite. The crook & bell are both in good condition, with only light scratches and slight cloudiness to the plating of the bell. Overall the Nickel Silver plating is in very good condition, with no wear. The Bass has a floor peg attachment, and a sling is also supplied . The matching serial nos. are 2809D. The majority of the pads are fish skin pads which are well used, but sealing. One pad is new tan leather, and some of the fish skin pads will need replacing within the next few months. The mouthpiece is the original Vito, in good used condition, as is the original case . This would be an ideal purchase as a first Bass, or for a professional doubler on a budget.
