This is a good condition Cabart Bb clarinet, which is a commission sale for Clarinets Direct. All pieces are original, matching, and stamped "Cabart Paris". Cabart was a fine professional maker pre WW2. The German Silver keywork shows a natural patina due to age. There is no damage or cracks to the wood. The pads, which are mainly fish skin are all in "as new" condition, a couple are tan leather: All are sealing well. All touch & tenon corks are fine. The joints are a good fit and there is no joint wobble. The clarinet plays nicely, the scale is even, and with a fine tone. The supplied case shows much wear to the lining, but still latches well. This fine wooden clarinet is in excellent condition and is good value.
