OUT ON APPROVAL Matched Pair of Leblanc LL Clarinets
These are a very fine condition matched pair of Leblanc LL clarinets, which are a commission sale for Clarinets Direct. The Leblanc LL, was named after Leon Leblanc, George's son. The design features an exceptionally even scale and intonation, and though introduced in the 1960s, was so successful that the model continued in manufacture right up until when the firm was sold to Buffet in 2009.
The Bb clarinet has matching serial nos. 45776, The Silver plate is in excellent condition, with no discernible wear. The wood is also pristine, with no cracks or repairs. The instrument has just had a full overhaul in Pisoni Tan leather pads and is sold with our full 1 year warranty. The A clarinet has matching serial nos. 45156, The Silver plate is in again in excellent condition, with no wear. The wood is also very fine, with no cracks or repairs. Like the Bb the instrument has just had a full overhaul in Pisoni Tan leather pads, and is sold with our full 1 year warranty. The A comes with 2 barrels, an original Leblanc, and a shorter unstamped barrel of 62mm. The supplied m'piece is the original Leblanc, in fair used condition, as is the double case.
