Selmer, Paris, E Flat Clarinet
This is a rare Selmer Paris professional Eb Clarinet, Full Boehm model, in very fine condition. The instrument features: Fork Eb/Bb, alternative LH Ab/Eb, articulated C#/G# and low Eb. This allows the player to transpose all D clarinet parts easily. Selmer Eb clarinets are probably the most popular choice amongst professional players worldwide, due to their fine ergonomics and excellent intonation.
The main body of the wood shows no cracks or damage, it is in good used condition with only minor marks. However the metal bell ring has been repaired, see photo 2, the wood itself is not affected in any way. The Silver plate shows no wear, it is in fine order throughout. The S/N is D1934 which dates to 1987. The instrument has just been fully overhauled by Clarinets Direct in fish skin pads, and is sold with our 1 year warranty. The key work, which is complex, and regulation are all in excellent order. The m'piece is a used Selmer C. The case is in an Ortola in good used condition with pouch.
