Buffet, R13 B Flat Clarinet
A fine condition Buffet R13 Bb clarinet. This instrument was formerly owned by a Jazz player who purchased it new in 1983. This was an excellent period of Buffet manufacture, just prior to the period of rapid expansion of production which followed the Boosey & Hawkes acquisition of Buffet. This clarinet has just been overhauled, in fish skin pads, in our workshop, and is sold with our full 1 year warranty. This Bb has serial nos. 231053, all pieces are matching and original, and stamped "Buffet". The Nickel Silver plating is in overall good condition throughout, with only slight wear to the throat G# key, and the barrel tenon rings. The wood is also in good used condition, with no cracks or repairs, only minor surface marks. The m'piece is a stock Yamaha 6C in nice condition. The original Buffet shows some stains to the interior, and exterior scuffs, but still latches well, and protects the clarinet.
