Boosey & Hawkes Edgware B Flat
A good condition B&H Edgware Bb clarinet with matching S/N 374945 in wood with no cracks or damage [ the bell is actually from a Regent and is in resin, but it has the exact same bore as an Edgware bell]. This model was B&H's entry level student instrument. The Nickel Silver plating shows some wear, mainly to the ring finger touch pieces. This instrument is a commission sale. The fish skin pads, whilst used, are sealing well. The supplied mouthpiece is an original B&H 593 No. 2 in good condition, which is of the correct bore for this model, and tunes it well. The Buffet Prestige black luthier case is also in good condition, but the LH lock has failed, the RH lock still latches and closes the case. The instrument would suit a beginner looking for a decent quality wooden clarinet at bargain price.
