Selmer, Paris, A Clarinet
An early modern logo Selmer A clarinet which is a commission sale for Clarinets Direct. This instrument has non-matching serial numbers, the top joint is K6347, and the lower K6390. It was formerly owned by a UK based professional, and plays very well. It is extremely rare to see the modern Selmer logo on a "K" prefix serial number, but, as the modern logo was introduced in 1930, it is likely that this instrument dates from then. The pads are all heavily used fish skin, but they do seal. There are no cracks or damage to the wood. The double case has some interior lining tears but does latch and protects the clarinet well. This instrument is sold at a bargain price "as is", and will pair well with any modern French bore Bb clarinet.
