A near mint condition Buffet R13 A clarinet, which is a commission sale for Clarinets Direct. This instrument has "as new" white leather pads throughout. The silver plated key work is pristine, with no wear. The wood is without cracks or damage, and appears unstained. All pieces are matching and original with bright Buffet stamps. The barrel is an upgrade to a Buffet Vintage R13 A V2 65.0mm, which features a double polycylindrical bore. The last owner found that this noticeably improved the response and intonation, especially around the throat. The matching serial nos. are 503899, which dates to the mid 2000s. The supplied Buffet leather double case is an upgrade to a modern Buffet pouchette model in excellent condition.
