Buffet Crampon, A Clarinet
A very fine condition early professional Buffet Crampon clarinet in A. The serial numbers are 433, which dates to 1928. This A has German silver key work throughout which is in good condition, with a natural patina due to age. The clarinet has just been our workshop for an overhaul, and 3 new tenon corks, it is sold with our 1 year warranty. The wood is in excellent condition, with no cracks or damage, though there are surface marks and scratches. The response and intonation are very fine, and the clarinet plays well with all standard French bore m'pieces. There are 2 supplied Buffet barrels, of 65 & 67mm. The supplied Yamaha case is in excellent condition, and comes with the keys. This vintage Buffet A will pair well with all modern Buffet Bb clarinets and is excellent value for money.
