Matched Pair of Leblanc Professional Clarinets
A pristine condition pair of Leblanc professional model enhanced Boehm clarinets dating to the early 1960s. These enhanced Boehms with 7 rings enabling a LH fork Eb/Bb & articulated C#/G#. The bore is of medium size at 14.80mm and is the same for both instrumnets making the 2 different length barrels interchangeable.
The Bb has matching serial nos. 14160. The German Silver key work is bright and in excellent condition. There are no cracks or damage to the wood. The pads are all brand new white leather. The pair have just been completely overhauled in white leather and the invoice for this work, £490, is included in thesale. All pieces are matching and original. The A has matching serial nos. 14162, and is in jusrt as fine condition as the Bb. The case is a modern Leblanc example in good used condition . The m'piece is an fine condition J & D Hite . These clarinet plays with a fine, full sound and good intonation. It would suit a player looking for a professional pair on a budget.
