Matched Pair of English Bore Rossi Clarinets
This pair of Luis Rossi English bore clarinets in Honduran Rosewood are a commission sale for Clarinets Direct.
The Bb, S/N E461, has silver plate in very good condition, with no discernible wear. The wood is also in good condition, with no cracks or damage. The instruments have used white leather pads throughout, all are sealing well. Both clarinets feature an English bore based on the pre-war 1010, but with much improved acoustics and intonation. Both have been down to our workshop for a tthorough "check dwon" and regulation prior to being listed
The A, S/N E462, has both wood and silver plate throughout in very fine condition. There are 4 barrels of 66.0mm, 64.0mm, 68.0mm, & 66.5mm. The m'pieces are both Rossis in very good used condition, with tip openings of 1.20mm. The case, whilst used, is in good condition.
