An excellent condition King Lemaire, Paris, Bb clarinet. Strasser, Marigaux, & Lemaire are best known for their world class oboes but they also made clarinets, these were of wide bore similar to Selmer clarinets of the 1950s. King were the USA importers for SML, and generally clarinets with this stamp seem to have been intermediate models. There is no damage to the ebonite body. The Nickel plate key work is in pristine order. The serial numbers are 180712. The instrument has had a partial overhaul and the pads are excellent condition fish skin, either lightly used or brand new. The m'piece is a new student model, and the supplied case is in good condition.
