The sole former owner is Nicholas Carpenter, who has had a long and successful career as Principal Clarinet of many UK orchestras, and this clarinet is a commission sale for Clarinets Direct. There is no damage to the wood, which is pristine. The Silver plate key work is excellent throughout. The matching serial nos. are 642525 which dates to the mid 2010s, this is a one professional owner instrument and it has been carefully cared for. This is an outstanding clarinet with exemplary intonation and a fine, even, scale. This instrument features an adjustable thumb rest and unstained hand selected Grenadilla wood.
