Boosey & Hawkes Imperial 926 B Flat Clarinet
A very good condition Boosey &Hawkes Imperial 926 Bb clarinet which is a commission sale for Clarinets Direct. The 926 Imperial was B & H's top professional model, alongside the larger bore 1010. This instrument has been professionally owned and played by an Army musician, and was regularly played at Buckingham Palace as part of ceremonial occasions.
This Bb has matching serial nos. 393441, it has pristine condition Silver plating throughout. The wood is in fine condition with no cracks or damage. The clarinet has excellent condition used fish skin pads throughout. A good condition 926 No. 3 m'piece is also supplied & an additional short barrel, as supplied with B&H Emperor clarinets. The supplied single case is a Buffet Prestige example in good condition apart from wear to the handle.
