A nice condition pair of Buisson Paris LP clarinets which are a commission sale for Clarinets Direct. The style of keywork suggests a pre-war date of manufacturing, as does the Low Pitch stamp. The instruments are in Grenadilla wood, with ebonite barrels. They were sold in 1949 for £52 10 shillings, and that bill of sale is included with the pair. The last owner was a professional player, and the pair have been well cared for. They have heavily used tan leather pads, and German Silver keywork in good condition. They would benefit from a complete overhaul, but do play "as is" and are being sold on at a bargain price. The Bb has matching serial numbers, N6924, the A, S/N 7381B. The 2 original m'pieces show wear as does the original case.
