This is a very fine condition Selmer Eb Piccolo Clarinet in Grenadilla wood, which is a commission sale for Clarinets Direct. Selmer Paris Eb clarinets are considered the finest professional instruments available worldwide due to their superb intonation and ergonomics. This instrument is an early example of exceptional quality. The serial nos. are N9979 which dates to 1951, making this an Eb contemporary with the Selmer Pre-Centered Tone model. The wood condition overall is excellent: There are no cracks or repairs. This Eb has just been completely overhauled in Pisoni white leather pads, and is in fine regulation. All German silver keywork is in perfect condition with no wear. The used case latches and protects the clarinet well.
